Delivery Procedure
We deliver products Australia Wide using a wide range of trusted delivery partners (Postal Service, Couriers, Local Independent Couriers and freight forwarder Companies).
We have conducted business with our trusted delivery partners over many years and we are confident that this method of delivery is the most safe, efficient and economical method of transporting your goods to you. Our delivery partners pride themselves on a very high level of service and performance.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your consignment number/tracking number and the name of the delivery partner used.
For Deliveries that are oversized, bulky products, furniture, cots and gliders, these deliveries will be made by an external provider. For House Deliveries, these will be delivered to front door only. Product will not be taken inside the house. For Units / Apartment Deliveries, these will be delivered to ground floor of the building, foyer area only. Product will not be taken upstairs/lifts or to any other level of the building site.

For In-Stock products purchased on our website, below are approx. timeframes for receiving your order.
Delivery timeframes depend on the location your order is being delivered. Below are approx. delivery timeframes if all products purchased in your cart are in-stock.
Sydney Metro Delivery: | Within 2-4 business days |
Sydney Regional & Remote Delivery: | Within 2-5 business days |
Interstate Delivery*: | Within 2-5 business days |
Interstate Regional & Remote Delivery*: | Within 3-7 business days |
The above timeframes exclude oversized, bulky products, furniture, cots and gliders.

Shipping & Handling Charge
Shipping & Handling costs are influenced by the size, weight of the product/s and the location of delivery.
Exact Shipping & Handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total.
Same Day Delivery
Baby Kingdom offers a Same Day Delivery Service to selected Sydney Metro Postcodes. Please see full T&C’s for list of eligible postcodes.
Order must be placed before 11am Sydney Local Time for delivery between 12noon-6.00pm the same day (Business Days Monday to Friday).
Order placed after 11am Sydney Local Time will be delivered the next business day between 12noon-6.00pm. (Business Days Monday to Friday).
Order placed after 11am Sydney Local Time on Friday, All day Saturday, All day Sunday and on Public Holidays are not eligible for same day service. Delivery will be booked for next Business Day and will occur between 12noon-6.00pm.
If you are not home, your parcel may be "Safe Drop". Baby Kingdom nor does the Courier Company take any responsibility for any orders that are lost or stolen once your parcel has been delivered or safe dropped to your nominated delivery address.
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss your order.
